One-Year Global Warranty

Every OREYNE piece is individually shaped, woven, assembled, and finished by hand.
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewelry. Eligible OREYNE jewelry is covered by a One-Year Limited Global Warranty against qualifying manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, restrict, or limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
1. Warranty Period
The One-Year Limited Global Warranty begins on the original date of delivery and continues for 12 months.
The original delivery date shown by the applicable shipment tracking record may be used to determine the start of the warranty period.
The warranty applies to eligible OREYNE jewelry purchased directly through oreyne.com or another authorized OREYNE sales channel.
2. Worldwide Coverage
This commercial warranty is available to eligible OREYNE customers worldwide.
Warranty service and shipping arrangements may vary depending on your country or region.
Please contact OREYNE before sending any item for inspection, repair, or replacement.
3. What the Warranty Covers
During the warranty period, OREYNE will review claims involving manufacturing or craftsmanship defects arising during normal intended use.
Examples of issues that may qualify for warranty coverage include:
- Structural failure caused by a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect
- Defective clasps, findings, connectors, or fastening components
- Components becoming detached because of defective workmanship
- Failure of a handwoven, crocheted, or assembled structure caused by defective craftsmanship
- Other material or craftsmanship defects confirmed by OREYNE
Coverage is determined after reasonable assessment of the item, the nature of the issue, and the circumstances in which it occurred.
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The One-Year Limited Global Warranty does not cover damage, loss, or changes resulting from ordinary use, accidents, misuse, improper care, or external factors.
Examples of items not normally covered include:
- Normal wear and aging
- Scratches, dents, or ordinary cosmetic wear
- Bending or deformation caused by pressure or improper handling
- Breakage caused by impact, pulling, crushing, or dropping
- Damage caused by improper storage
- Damage caused by excessive or inappropriate exposure to water or moisture
- Damage caused by perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, cleaning products, or unsuitable jewelry-care products
- Natural oxidation, patina, or gradual surface changes inherent to the material
- Natural changes to plating or finish resulting from ordinary wear
- Lost jewelry
- Lost stones, beads, pearls, or components caused by accidental damage or misuse
- Damage caused by failure to follow reasonable care instructions
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, resizing, or modifications performed by a third party
- Damage caused by accidents or circumstances unrelated to manufacturing or craftsmanship
Normal cosmetic wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
5. Handmade Characteristics
OREYNE jewelry is individually handcrafted rather than mass-produced.
Minor variations may naturally occur in:
- Form
- Shape
- Wire curves
- Wire alignment
- Spacing
- Symmetry
- Texture
- Dimensions
- Surface finish
- Metal tone
- Natural stones, pearls, beads, or decorative components
These characteristics are part of the individuality of handcrafted jewelry and are not normally considered manufacturing defects.
However, where a variation materially affects the intended function, structure, durability, or integrity of a piece, please contact us and we will review the issue.
6. Jewelry Care & Warranty Eligibility
Handcrafted jewelry should be treated with reasonable care.
Depending on the materials used, exposure to the following may affect the appearance or structure of jewelry over time:
- Water
- Perfume
- Cosmetics
- Sweat
- Cleaning chemicals
- High humidity
- Excessive pressure
- Impact
- Improper storage
Please follow the care instructions provided with your jewelry and the guidance in our Jewelry Care Guide.
Damage caused by inappropriate use or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may not qualify for warranty coverage.
7. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please contact:

- Clear photographs showing the problem
- Video where helpful
- Any additional information reasonably requested to assess the claim
Please do not return an item before receiving instructions from OREYNE.
We may request additional photographs, video, information, or physical inspection of the piece before determining whether the warranty applies.
8. Warranty Assessment
Warranty claims are assessed individually.
OREYNE may consider:
- The nature of the reported issue
- The age and condition of the jewelry
- Whether the issue is consistent with a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect
- Whether there are signs of accidental damage, misuse, alteration, or improper care
- Relevant photographs, video, or physical inspection
The existence of damage within the warranty period does not automatically mean that the damage is covered by the warranty.
9. Warranty Remedies
If a warranty claim is approved, OREYNE will determine an appropriate solution based on the nature of the item and the confirmed defect.
Possible remedies may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Replacement of a defective component
- An equivalent solution where the original piece or component is no longer available
- Another remedy required by applicable law
Because OREYNE jewelry is handcrafted, an exact replacement may not always be possible.
If the original design, material, finish, stone, pearl, bead, or other component is no longer available, we may discuss an appropriate alternative with you.
10. Warranty Shipping
Please do not send jewelry back to OREYNE until you have received return instructions.
For an approved warranty claim involving a qualifying manufacturing or craftsmanship defect, OREYNE will cover reasonable shipping costs where required under this warranty or applicable law.
Shipping arrangements will be communicated before the item is returned.
Please do not use cash-on-delivery or unauthorized return services unless specifically instructed by OREYNE.
11. Third-Party Repairs & Alterations
Repairs, alterations, resizing, modifications, or other work performed by a third party may affect warranty eligibility.
OREYNE is not responsible for damage caused by unauthorized third-party work.
If your jewelry requires attention during the warranty period, please contact OREYNE before arranging repair or alteration elsewhere.
12. Relationship to Returns
The One-Year Limited Global Warranty is separate from OREYNE’s 30-Day Return Policy.
The 30-Day Return Policy applies to eligible change-of-mind returns within the applicable return period.
The warranty applies to eligible manufacturing and craftsmanship defects during the 12-month warranty period.

13. Statutory Consumer Rights
This One-Year Limited Global Warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty provided by OREYNE.
It is provided in addition to, and does not replace, restrict, exclude, or limit any mandatory statutory rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.
If applicable law provides you with rights that extend beyond this warranty, those mandatory rights remain unaffected.
14. Changes to This Warranty
OREYNE may update this warranty policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or applicable law.
The current version will be published on oreyne.com with an updated “Last Updated” date.
An update will not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing purchase where such rights cannot lawfully be removed.
