Inspired by Five Open Forms Around a Quiet Center.
Anemone sylvestris, commonly known as snowdrop windflower, opens through five broad pale segments arranged around a concentrated center.
OREYNE observes the clarity of its radial five-part structure, soft curvature and gentle asymmetry, translating those relationships into metallic line, spacing and hand-shaped volume rather than reproducing the flower literally.
THE STRUCTURE
Five Forms Around a Woven Center.
The composition begins with a dense woven metallic center and expands outward through five broad handwoven forms.
Fine lines travel from the center toward each edge, creating open surfaces where the structure remains visible. Two removable lower forms extend the composition downward after it first expands outward.
ON THE EAR
Expansion Above. Movement Below.
Worn close to the ear, the open upper form keeps its five-part sculptural structure visible while the two suspended metallic forms lengthen the silhouette below.
With the removable dangles attached, the lower elements respond independently to movement. Without them, the woven flower remains more concentrated at the ear.
