Change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unused, free from perfume, cosmetics, hair products, moisture, and obvious damage, and returned with original packaging where possible.

Custom, personalized, altered-after-delivery, or items that cannot be resold because of hygiene or condition may not qualify for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect applicable consumer rights.
