If a piece is in stock, it is already available and will be prepared for dispatch as soon as possible.

If a piece is not currently in stock, it will be handcrafted for your order. This typically requires several hours for handcrafting and preparation.

The availability and dispatch information shown on each product page provides the most relevant status for that piece.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most OREYNE orders are expected to arrive within approximately:

5–12 days from the date your order is placed.

For pieces that are already in stock, we will prepare them for dispatch as soon as possible.

For made-to-order pieces, several hours may be required for handcrafting and preparation. This preparation period is included within the estimated 5–12 day arrival timeframe.

We work with established international logistics providers and trusted local delivery partners. Depending on your destination, your parcel may first be handled by an international logistics provider and then transferred to a local courier or postal service for final delivery.

Delivery times may occasionally vary due to public holidays, weather, local carrier operations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

No action or confirmation is required from you.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours after shipment to become available in the carrier’s system.

For international shipments, the tracking number we provide may also become your local tracking number once the parcel reaches your destination country and is transferred to a local delivery partner.

Tracking may temporarily pause while your parcel is moving internationally or being transferred between carriers. Once it reaches the local delivery network, tracking updates will normally continue.

A temporary gap in tracking updates does not mean your parcel has stopped moving.
