Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or replaces any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

OREYNE is an artisan jewelry brand specializing in handcrafted metal wire creations.
Our pieces are individually shaped, woven, assembled, and finished by hand. Some designs may be produced after an order is placed, while others may be customized according to customer specifications.
OREYNE operates through oreyne.com and provides products to customers in multiple countries and regions.

These characteristics are part of the handmade nature and individuality of each piece and are not normally considered defects.
However, this does not apply where an item has a substantial manufacturing defect, structural problem, incorrect specification, or material difference from its product description.
5. Materials & Metal Descriptions

Terms such as:

- Gold-tone
- Rose gold-tone
describe the appearance or finish of a product unless the product description specifically states that the item is made from sterling silver, solid gold, or another particular precious metal.

6. Prices

An automated confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for production or fulfillment.

9. Order Acceptance
OREYNE may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary.

- A product becoming unavailable
- A custom request that cannot reasonably be produced

Orders may be delayed or cancelled where payment:

11. Made-to-Order Jewelry
Some OREYNE pieces may be produced after your order is placed.
A product being made to order does not automatically mean it is personalized.
If the product follows OREYNE’s standard design, materials, dimensions, and specifications without material customer-specific modification, it may still be treated as a standard product for return purposes where required by applicable law.
Estimated preparation times are provided on product pages or in our Shipping & Delivery information.
Because each piece is made by hand, preparation times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. Custom & Personalized Orders
A product may be considered custom or personalized when it is created or materially modified according to your individual specifications.
This may include requests involving:
- Custom dimensions
- Custom sizing
- Custom proportions
- Custom colors
- Custom materials
- Custom stones, pearls, or beads
- Personalized elements
- Engraving
- Significant changes to an existing design
- A unique design created specifically for you
Before beginning substantial custom work, OREYNE may confirm relevant specifications, price, and other details with you.
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming customization information carefully.
Once production of a personalized or customer-specific item has begun, cancellation or change-of-mind return rights may be limited where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or non-conforming goods.
13. Changes to Custom Orders
If you request a change after production has begun, we will determine whether the requested modification is reasonably possible.
Additional materials, labor, design work, or production time may result in an additional charge.
We will inform you before proceeding with a material change that requires additional payment.
Some changes may not be possible once a piece reaches a particular stage of production.
14. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact OREYNE as soon as possible.
For standard products, we will try to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been prepared or dispatched.
For customized or personalized products, cancellation may no longer be possible after substantial design work, material preparation, or production has begun, subject to applicable law.
If a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies to you, that right remains unaffected.
15. Shipping & Delivery
Preparation and delivery information is provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Most OREYNE jewelry requires time for handmade preparation before dispatch.
Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery service is expressly stated.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:
- Customs inspections
- Local carrier delays
- Public holidays
- Severe weather
- Remote destinations
- Incorrect addresses
- Import requirements
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Where applicable law gives you rights concerning shipping delays, those rights remain unaffected.
16. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing your order.
Please review your recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, postal or ZIP code, country, and telephone number before completing checkout.
If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to update the information before dispatch but cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by applicable law.
17. Customs Delays & Refused Shipments
International shipments may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities.
OREYNE does not control customs processing times.
If a parcel is returned because the customer refuses delivery, fails to collect the parcel, provides an incorrect address, fails to cooperate with reasonable customs requirements, or refuses to pay legally required import charges, we will review the circumstances after the parcel is returned.
Reasonable shipping, return, customs, or handling costs may be deducted from a refund where permitted by applicable law and where the issue was caused by the customer’s action or omission.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
18. 30-Day Returns & Refunds
OREYNE offers a voluntary 30-Day Return Policy for eligible standard, non-personalized products.
Unless an exception applies, an eligible return request must be made within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
Returned products must generally:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be undamaged and unaltered
- Show no signs of actual wear
- Include applicable original packaging and accessories
- Meet the other eligibility conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy
Custom, personalized, used, altered, or certain hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.
For approved voluntary change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Returns and refunds are governed in full by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
19. Earrings & Hygiene
Certain earrings may be supplied with sealed or tamper-evident hygiene packaging.
Where permitted by applicable law, earrings that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may become ineligible for change-of-mind return after the hygiene seal has been removed or broken.
Earrings that have been worn are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns.
This restriction does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming goods.

20. European Consumer Withdrawal Rights
OREYNE’s 30-Day Return Policy is a voluntary commercial return policy and is separate from statutory withdrawal rights.
Where applicable, consumers in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.
Certain products may be excluded from this statutory withdrawal right, including goods made to the customer’s specifications, clearly personalized goods, and qualifying sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Any mandatory rights provided by the laws applicable to an EU consumer take priority over conflicting provisions in these Terms.
21. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, structurally faulty, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs, video, packaging information, or other reasonable evidence to understand the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate resolution may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Another appropriate remedy
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
22. One-Year Limited Global Warranty
Eligible OREYNE jewelry includes a One-Year Limited Global Warranty against qualifying manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.
The warranty begins on the original date of delivery and continues for 12 months.
The warranty may cover issues such as:
- Structural failure caused by a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect
- Defective clasps, findings, connectors, or fastening components
- Components becoming detached because of defective workmanship
- Failure of a handwoven or assembled structure caused by defective craftsmanship
- Other confirmed material or craftsmanship defects arising during normal intended use
Warranty eligibility will be assessed based on the nature of the issue and the condition of the item.

23. Warranty Exclusions
The One-Year Limited Global Warranty does not normally cover:
- Normal wear and aging
- Scratches or ordinary cosmetic wear
- Accidental damage
- Bending, deformation, crushing, or impact damage
- Damage caused by pulling or excessive pressure
- Damage caused by improper storage
- Damage caused by inappropriate water or moisture exposure
- Damage caused by perfume, cosmetics, chemicals, or unsuitable cleaning products
- Natural oxidation, patina, or surface changes inherent to the material
- Loss of jewelry
- Damage caused by improper care
- Unauthorized third-party repairs, resizing, alterations, or modifications
- Normal handmade variations that do not affect the structure or function of the jewelry
The warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or limit, statutory rights available under applicable law.
24. Warranty Claims & Remedies

You may be asked to provide:
- Your order number
- The product name
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs
- Video where appropriate
- Other reasonable information required to evaluate the claim
Please do not return an item before receiving instructions from OREYNE.
Where a warranty claim is approved, an appropriate solution may include repair, replacement, replacement of a defective component, an equivalent solution where the original item or component is unavailable, or another remedy required by applicable law.
Because OREYNE jewelry is handcrafted, an exact replacement may not always be possible.
25. Jewelry Care
Handcrafted jewelry should be treated with reasonable care.
Depending on the materials used, exposure to water, perfume, cosmetics, sweat, cleaning chemicals, high humidity, excessive pressure, impact, or improper storage may affect appearance or structure over time.
Please follow any care instructions provided with the product or on our Jewelry Care Guide.
Normal wear, accidental damage, improper storage, or damage caused by use contrary to reasonable care instructions is not automatically considered a manufacturing defect and may not qualify for warranty coverage.
26. Product Availability
Because OREYNE produces handcrafted jewelry and may work with particular materials or components, availability can change.
We may limit quantities, discontinue designs, change materials where clearly disclosed, temporarily remove products, or release particular designs for limited periods.
We will not substitute materially different goods for products you ordered without appropriate notice or agreement where required.
27. Promotions, Discounts & Coupon Codes
From time to time, OREYNE may offer promotional codes, discount codes, limited offers, private collection offers, or other promotions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash
- Only one promotional code may be used per order
- Promotions may have expiry dates
- Promotions may exclude particular products
- Promotions may be withdrawn before an order is placed
Promotional terms presented with a specific offer will apply in addition to these Terms.
Mandatory consumer rights are not affected by a promotion.
28. Customer Accounts
You may have the option to create an account on oreyne.com.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and preventing unauthorized use of your account.

- Is unlawful
- Violates another person’s privacy rights
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.
Any broader use of customer photographs or creative content for advertising or promotional purposes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any relevant consent or permission.
30. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on oreyne.com belongs to OREYNE or is used with appropriate permission.
This may include OREYNE branding, logos, jewelry designs, original artwork, product photography, videos, illustrations, website graphics, written content, product descriptions, packaging artwork, design concepts, and other creative materials.
You may view website content for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, copy, manufacture from, commercially exploit, distribute, modify, republish, or use OREYNE intellectual property for commercial purposes without authorization, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Purchasing an OREYNE product does not transfer intellectual property rights in the underlying design.
31. Social Media & Sharing
You may share publicly available OREYNE website pages or social media posts through ordinary social sharing functions for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Such sharing does not grant permission to reproduce OREYNE jewelry designs commercially, manufacture copies, reuse product photography for commercial listings, impersonate OREYNE, or suggest an unauthorized partnership or endorsement.
32. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers, shipping providers, social media platforms, analytics services, and other websites.
These services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
OREYNE is not responsible for the content or independent practices of third-party services except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory protections that you are entitled to under the laws that apply to you.
